Yes. Create an account, run an audit and explore the platform on the Free forever plan — no card, no trial clock. Upgrade to Premium whenever the deeper dashboards, private data enrichment and case management start paying for themselves.

What does Premium add?

Accepted Answer

Premium unlocks the full platform: every dashboard and peer benchmarking, private data upload and ERP/broker-feed enrichment, advanced rulesets and full case management, plus audit logs and one-click exports — with priority support. It's £149 a month, or £1,430 a year when billed annually (roughly 20% off).

How does the Partner tier work?

Partner is for brokers, advisers and platforms running BorderAudit across a book of sub-clients. You get a partner tenant with isolated client workspaces and reporting, SSO (SAML/OIDC) and API integrations, plus an SLA and a dedicated account manager. Pricing is by RFP — tell us about your book and we'll scope it together.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Premium is month-to-month with no lock-in — cancel from your billing settings and you keep access until the end of the period. Annual plans simply don't renew if you choose not to continue, and downgrading to Free always keeps your account, data and findings intact.

Is my data secure?

Your customs data is encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated per account, and never used to train shared models or shown to other customers. Premium and Partner add full audit logs and exports so you can see exactly who accessed what, and Partner adds SSO for centralised access control.
