BorderAudit ("we", "us", or "our") operates https://borderaudit.io and https://app.borderaudit.io.
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.
We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our Service and hold certain information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.
We will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

BorderAudit operates internal tooling that uses YouTube API Services to manage our own BorderAudit YouTube channel (@borderaudit-io). These scopes are requested only against our own operator account (admin@borderaudit.io) — we never request access to your Google or YouTube data.
By using BorderAudit you are not asked to grant any Google or YouTube permissions. The YouTube API integration is internal-only and not exposed to customers of borderaudit.io or app.borderaudit.io.
The Google and YouTube scopes BorderAudit's internal tooling requests are:
youtube.upload — upload videos to our own BorderAudit channelyoutube.force-ssl — manage our own channel metadata (titles, descriptions, thumbnails, captions, playlists)yt-analytics.readonly — read analytics for our own videos (impressions, retention, CTR)BorderAudit's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not share Google user data with third parties, use it for advertising, or transfer it outside of our authenticated session with Google. Our OAuth refresh token is stored locally, AES-256-GCM encrypted, and used solely to authenticate subsequent API calls from our pipeline.
You can revoke BorderAudit's access to Google services at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
