CDS12101Relation error: Declared Tax Type (DE4/3) is not allowed in combination with the Additional Procedure

HMRC explanation

Relation error

You have declared an additional procedure code that is not permitted to be combined with the declared tax type (data element 4/3). For example, additional procedure codes 32D, 31D, 1IL and 1LV cannot be used with an excise tax type.

What to check across the Relation, authorisation and sequence errors

Two elements, or a value and a rule, disagree. Read both elements together: completing one element with a particular code often requires another value, and the fault is frequently in the element you did not change. The family also covers parties and authorisations that are not recognised, references that must be unique, and messages sent out of sequence.
