Header and item relation errorsRelation & missing element

CDS11005Relation Error: The Requested Procedure (D.E. 1/10) for each Goods Item must derive the same Declaration Category (e.g. H1) or acceptance date is not valid. No further validation has been carried out.

HMRC explanation

Relation error

All items on the declaration must derive from the same procedure category. For example if one item has requested procedure 40, then another item must not have a requested procedure of 71 because this would require a different declaration type.

What to check across the Header and item relation errors

Values across the declaration do not agree, for example the total number of items against the items declared, or net mass against gross mass. Check the header totals against the item lines, the trade movement and declaration type against the requested procedure, and whether the element you are amending can be amended on this declaration type.
